Welcome window popups up every time I open the app

Every time I quit and reopen the app this welcome window always pops up...

I purchased the app on the Mac App Store

1Password Version: 6.3.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OSX 10.11.1
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hi @Joshua_J0

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password and that it's behaving strangely. The first thing that I'd recommend you to do is to just delete the app by dragging it into the trashcan, then empty the trashcan and download it again from the App Store. Your data will be completely safe as long as you don't use an external cleaner. If after deleting 1Password and installing it again you're still having the same issues, please let us know so we can dig deeper into it until we find the answers!
