Issue with 1PW account sync to iPhone

Hi,
I used to sync my 1PW data using Dropbox and just signed up for a 1PW account. I moved all the data from my Dropbox vault to my new 1PW vault on my Mac.
However, when I did that, the data disappeared on my iPhone and it does not seem to repopulate with the 1PW account although I have set it up on my iPhone as well.

    Hi @fburnat,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with 1Password. I’d like you to check something on your iPhone for me. In the top left corner of your screen in 1Password, do you see a colourful wheel icon, or a 1Password icon?

    The colourful wheel indicates ‘All Vaults’ mode and should show all of your data, regardless of which vault it is stored in. However, if you see a 1Password icon, then it’s likely you are viewing one vault in particular. If you’re viewing the vault synced by Dropbox (the vault that is now empty) that would explain why you’re not seeing your data where you expect it.

    You can change your vault view by tapping on that corner icon to bring up a list of your available vaults.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Actually I get neither icon. It's strange because the app shows that I only have one vault (the Dropbox one) with no sign of the 1PW one.

    Hi @fburnat,

    Thanks for confirming! It sounds to me like you need to sign in to your 1Password account on your iPhone then. Just go to Settings > 1Password Accounts and enter your details (or scan your QR code if you have your Emergency Kit handy!)

    Hi Megan,
    I had indeed entered my 1PW account details.

    What I did is delete the app and reinstall it, and then set it back up only with the 1PW account and it worked like a charm.
