When I go to app screen is frozen. Can't make any changes. How can I fix?

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble with 1Password, but I’m not quite sure I understand what you’re seeing.

    Are you unable to unlock 1Password? Or is a specific screen within the app frozen? Have you tried quitting 1Password?
