Posting needs Approval
I wrote a posting in the windows forums and asked about the Watchtower feature.
After posting the topic the following text is was shown:
Your discussion will appear after it is approved.
My posting is not published, it it in the drafts.
But I was able to post other topics (like this topic here).
When is a topic held back for further review?
Just for me to understand.

I am still not able to post my posting.Here is the posting in my Drafts:
When I edit it and want to post it, I receive the following message:
I can not post it, I tried it several times.
It contains the Word "Watchtower" in the title and an external link.
Maybe this is the reason?0 -

I don't see any sort of approval being necessary. Even when logged out I can see your post fine.
I do see where you (or more likely your web browser) attempted to make the same post multiple times, and the other attempts were caught in the spam filter:
Please make sure you are only clicking the "Post Comment" button once.

So the reason of this mess is, that the posting is posted twice and then blocked?
Then you can delete all postings and I will post the one that I have in the drafts (there I changed some text).
