I get a message about removing the 1Password 3 browser extension when I am running 1Password 6

When I check for extensions, the only 1Password extension present is ver. 4.5.90. My web browser is Google Chrome ver. 52.0.2743.116. How can I make this stop happening?

Extension Version: 4.5.8.90
OS Version: OSX 10.11.6
Sync Type: wi-fi

    That is a bit odd. Let’s take a closer look at your system to see if we can determine where things are getting tangled up.
