How does account recovery work for individual subs?
With families we need to have two admins for account recovery should something bad happen.
How does this work for the new individual service? We talk about 1Password all the time at the Portland Mac Users Group and I am sure this question will come up next month

Thanks for taking the time to write in. This is a great question. Unfortunately, at present, the short answer is "it doesn't." We're looking into how we can address this for individual accounts, but the current recovery system requires that there be at least two 'admins' on the account which obviously can't happen with an individual account.
I wish I had a better answer to offer for the short term, but at present recovery is really only available in 1Password Families and 1Password Teams.
