Creating intelligent folder with no tag record

Hello,
I like to create an intelligent folder which shows me all logins without any tag. But I think this isn't possible at the moment. I created the rule "tag is" and let the box free. ...but 1Password isn't finding any record.

How can I manage it? Thanks for your helping hand!

    @Philipp Try "Number of Tags" "is less than" "1"
