iOS Safari crashes after use of 1Password
Very often Safari on iOS crashes after using the 1Password extension. It only shows a grey space instead of the 1 Password window and is totally unresponsive until shut down and restarted. After restarting Safari the extension will work again.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 9.3.4
Sync Type: WLAN

Have you tried rebooting your phone? If the difficulty continues after doing so I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
