Unable to open/save files (.p12)

I often add files, in this case a .p12 file, to my 1Password entries. However I am unable to open or save those files. It seems some QuickLook behaviour does work, but opening or saving an actual file isn't possible. I missing something?

Previously it was possible to click "Show in Finder" which was a workaround to get to the file.

Thanks!

  • Hi @sebask! Sorry about that. How are you syncing your data right now? It looks like things are trying to sync but haven't quite made it. Once the sync is complete, you should be able to open the file by double-clicking it.

Hi @Jackob! We're using 1Password for Teams. I doubt it's actual syncing since I am seeing the contents through QuickLook.

I did some testing however. Restarting 1Password Mini solved it!

    Sorry for the hassle. :)

I’m so glad to hear that restarting 1Password mini got you back up and running - thanks for letting us know!

I hope that 1Password behaves perfectly for you from now on, but if you have any other questions or concerns, we're here for you! :)
