Switching from 1Password purchased through iTunes to the new subscription service

My last upgrade to 1Password 6 was done with a purchase through iTunes. I'm thinking about switching to the new Families subscription based service. Is there anything special that needs to be done to make the purchase and to make sure all my password data migrates properly?
