    Hi @evanssherri,

    Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, did you sign up for a 1Password account, or did you purchase the iOS Pro features or the Android Pro features? The Pro features for the mobile apps are for the mobile versions only - they don’t transfer over to the desktop version.
