1password doesn't fill username (СНИЛС) field @ https://www.gosuslugi.ru/auth/esia/?redirectPage=/

Steps to reproduce
1. Open https://www.gosuslugi.ru/auth/esia/?redirectPage=/
2. Click СНИЛС at the bottom of the login form
3. Fill existing login and password information by using Command + \ shortcut

Actual Result
СНИЛС filed blinks with text and then clears up immediately
Пароль (password) field is filled with my password

Expected Result
Both fields (СНИЛС and password) should be filled

Additional Information
I tried saving login information manually from Safari extension with no luck

1Password Version: 6.3.1 (631005)
Extension Version: 4.5.8
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hi, @nskboy. Thanks for your report. The good news is that it looks like 1Password is properly understanding the fields on the page. The bad news is that something appears to be happening in the page that causes the username field to be blanked out. I think this is happening because of a blur event handler on the field, but more investigation is needed.

    We'll need to do some investigating to see what is happening there. The minified Javascript is pretty hard to follow at first blush, so it will take a little more investigation to get 1Password and the site playing nice together. I'm sorry I don't have an immediate solution for you.
