I set up a new account on desktop but changes do not carry over to laptop

I just set up a new account on my mac mini but when I open 1pass on my laptop the chages to not update.

    Hi @Anthony_Stall,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with that! As long as you've signed into the same account in 1Password on both Macs, any changes you make to one should automatically show up on the other. If you're sure you're signed into the same account on both Macs but changes aren't syncing, we'll be happy to help you figure that out.

    I see that you also emailed us about this issue and have an open email conversation with our support team.
