Hi
Just downed app onto Samsung 6, copied and pasted key and keep being told it doesnt recognise it. I've also typed it n manually, photo'd it so I can crosss check no mistake.

    @alwmaidstone: Can you tell me the "key" you're referring to? It sounds like you may be trying to use a standalone 1Password license key instead of an Account Key. If you've just purchased a license, you won't have an Account Key — or a 1Password Account. These are only used if you subscribe to 1Password Teams, 1Password Families, or an individual plan. In that case, you'll need to choose "use without an account" to create a new vault or sync your data. Please let me know!
