signup for family account

I've tried to sign up for a new family account three times today, but I haven't received the email to set it up. Is it possible that because I had a 1Password 3 family license something is goofy with my email in your system? Any help would be appreciated.

    The systems for licenses and subscriptions are totally separate, so I can't imagine your existing license having any effect. Could you please drop us an email to [email protected] from the email address you are having trouble registering so we can investigate further?
