Invites not being received (1Password for Teams)

I have sent two invites for 1Password for Teams, both have not been received. The invites are not in the Spam folder, any ideas?

OS Version: Windows 7
Sync Type: Not Provided

to your whitelist?Approved and Blocked Senders in Email Security.cloud AntiSpam - Symantec Support

I'm having the same issue - invite sent to two different email accounts for the same person and neither have been received. They don't use Symantec.
