Hi @anwla, and welcome to the forum! :)

You could add extra usernames to Login items as custom fields although it wouldn't be possible to fill them on website forms.

If you're logging in on the same site with different usernames it's recommended to have separate Login items and unique passwords for them. Or maybe there's another reason you're wanting multiple usernames for a single item?
