Upgrading to include Windows on family license

I have a family license for 1Password for Mac (and I believe a single license for Knox for Mac), not a subscription, but I'd like to know if it's possible to still upgrade to include support for Windows for the family license. If so, how can I go about doing that? Thank you in advance.
