Keep getting random "We're having trouble logging into your account." message

Ever since I upgraded to Family plan my iOS client keeps getting this error message where I have to enter the Master Password. Once I do, it continues to work correctly.

Under security I have the following set up:

Lock on Exit - Off
Auto-Lock - 1 hour
Touch ID - On


1Password Version: 6.4.4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 10 latest beta (5?)
Sync Type: Family

    Could you please check and see what you have set in 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Security for the "Require Master Password" setting?

    Also, you mentioned getting an error message. What, exactly, is that message, please?

    Require Master Password is set to "Never". Error message below happens at least once a day.

    I see a note in a recent beta changelog:

    Fixed an issue that could cause unnecessary reauthentication requests to be sent for 1Password.com accounts.

    It seems perhaps you are being bitten by the bug that change fixes. It is currently fixed in beta so if all goes well with testing hopefully it'll be in our next update. My apologies for the inconvenience!
