Can't sync icons with Dropbox throughly for IOS 9.3.5

I have set some itmes on Destop 1password and I has find the rich icons .However I sync the data with dropbox and use my iphone ipassword .
I found that some icons didn't be synced. Thank you for yor reply.

If you're still having trouble with rich icons on your iPhone, we'd love to help you with that. First, I just wanted to clarify something you mentioned:

On your iPhone, is the name of that app "ipassword" (with the letter 'i') or is it "1Password" (with the number '1')? It could be that you meant to type 1Password, but I wanted to check because if you are actually using an app named "ipassword", that's a different app made by a different company.

Assuming you are using 1Password on your iPhone, it sounds like some of the rich icons you see on your Mac aren't syncing to your iPhone. Is that correct?

If so, are the missing icons ones that downloaded automatically to the items in 1Password on your Mac, or are they custom icons you added yourself? The icons that are downloaded automatically from our image server do not sync between your devices - you need to enable rich icons in 1Password on each device, and each device will then download the icons from our image server. On your iPhone, please open 1Password and go to Settings > General. Make sure the option for Show Rich Icons is enabled there.

On the other hand, if you added custom icons to items in 1Password on your Mac, but those icons aren't syncing to your iPhone, please let us know and we'll take a further look into that. Thanks! :)
