1Password does not properly fill in the badly designed login form on mannaorders.net

http://mannaorders.net/ has a weird login from that has 3 fields. There are two problems with using 1Password on it:

  1. I can't get 1Password to auto-fill in the Organization# field
  2. There are two login forms on that page and it appears 1Password submits the wrong one. Most but not all users will be looking for the "Participant Sign In" form -- is there a way to tell 1Password to use that form?

    To be clear, the Organization# field is a required part of the login process and so 1Password should save it. I've tried adding it as a custom field but failed to get 1Password to fill it.

    Hi @ziegeer

    I'm having some trouble accessing the site that you gave us, they seem to be down. While I can't test it myself, I would recommend you to save the login manually. This will help 1Password pick up the details of the site and know what exactly to fill where :)
