iphone crashed. Ipad has the Vault how do I get it back on the iphon

My Iphone crashed and had to be restored. The VAULT is on my Ipad. Can't get it to load on iphone

    I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone crashed! I'm not sure what steps your taking, it looks like you don't have a 1Password subscription, do you? If that's the case then when you first open 1Password on your iPhone you need to pick the option "Use without an account". Then you'll be prompted to set up a syncing method. You can go ahead and sync with the same method you'd been using before, or set up a new one between your iPad and your iPhone. I think iCloud would be the easiest for you.
