Purchased and installed the 1password app on iphone 6s. App stalled on "waiting" Can't open app or uninstall. Any help appreciated.

    Hi @GeorgeS,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Unfortunately this sometimes happens when downloading apps from the App Store. Usually rebooting your phone or switching to Wi-Fi from LTE or vice versa will kickstart the process.

    Please let us know how it turns out.

    @GeorgeS,

    Please try turning Airplane Mode on, turning your device completely off, turning the device back on, and then turning Airplane Mode back off. Then launch the App Store app and under Updates if 1Password is still not installing stop the process and then restart it.
