1Password won't sync between Mac and iOS, using either Dropbox or iCloud

I've recently realized that my 1Password account hasn't synced newly added logins for the past 3 months or so. I sync through iCloud, but I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, as well as syncing through Dropbox, and it doesn't work. 1Password says it syncs successfully, but logins I have added to Mac remain on Mac, and on iOS remain on iOS. My versions are current in both, and both are signed into the same iCloud account.


1Password Version: 6.4.4 on iOS, 6.3.2 on Mac

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting your 1Password data to sync. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

    Same here. Won't sync via iCloud between iOS and El Capitan. One login discrepancy between the two devices and when I select sync on desktop version it is hanging up on "Loading iCloud information".

    Sync'd right up with Dropbox this morning without any modifications to accounts. May give iCloud another chance down the road. It had been syncing fine since switched to Dropbox several months back.

    If I understand correctly you are now syncing with Dropbox instead and it's working? If this is the case then that's great news, if it's now then please give us some more details about what's going on so we can help you get your devices all in sync! :chuffed:

    You are correct. No idea as to why iCloud stopped but Dropbox is working fine and pulled two missing logins off MBP onto iPhone 6Plus.
