Set owner permissions

Hi,

  • Is it possible to downgrade an Owner to a member only?
  • Is it possible to set Owner permissions?
  • is it compulsory to have one admin only or is required also at least one Owner?

    Good questions, all of them :)

    It is possible to downgrade an Owner to a member. However, there must always be at least one Owner, which means in order to downgrade an existing Owner you must first add someone else to the Owner's group. This can be useful if the person who initially created the account is not the person who will ultimately be responsible for the account. You can assign a new Owner and then downgrade the original Owner to Team Member.

    Currently we do not allow you to set the Owner permissions. We need someone on the Team to have full access and chose the Owner group to be the group which has full privileges.

    As I mentioned above, at least one Owner is required. Similarly at least one Administrator is required. However, you can choose to have one person be both the Owner and Admin.
