"All Items" Counter Broken

My counter is stuck at 474 even though I've added accounts totaling over 500.

    Interesting...I've just experienced the same sort of issue. I'm using 1Password 6.4.4 for iOS on an iPhone and iPad Pro 9.7", running iOS 9.3.5. On my Mac, running OS X 10.11.6, I'm running 1Password 6.5.BETA-16.

    Having just sync'd from my Mac to the iOS devices (I only ever make changes on my Mac and sync using Wi-Fi) both iOS devices incorrectly report a total of 182 items. However, there are 184 items which are shown correctly on the Mac and on the iOS devices. Two items which appears on the iOS devices (a recently added secure note and a recently added wireless router item) seem not to be counted in the totals. (Both the Secure Notes folder and the Wireless Router folder on the iOS devices are an item short—even though the relevant items appear in those folders. In other words, for example, the Wireless Router folder on the iOS devices shows 5 items even though there are 6 in the folder.)

    We have bug related to that, and we're working on it. If you could tell us some more details of what's going us it would helps us tackle it down. Are you adding the items directly on your iOS device or syncing them form another device?do they get updated at any point? Can you still access all of your items?

    We're working on this and I hope that we'll have ti sorted out soon, meanwhile I'm sorry for the inconveniences that this might cause :chuffed:

    Hi Pilar,

    I've experimented and when adding them directly into a device the item counter still is off. Mine seems stuck at 474 even if I enter a new item directly into the device.

    Then when I sync to another device, the new accounts get synced and show up in the new device, but the new device has the same counter issue.

    All the items are still there. I can access them. The items update correctly. It's just, in my view, the counter can't count.

    I don't worry about it much since the data integrity doesn't seem to be a problem.
