Discount: Moving from different single accounts to Family

Hello 1PW Team
In the last months I bougth diferent individuall 1PWPro iOS apps for my Family members.
I wrote you about this and you have been so kind to propose me a discout on 1PW Family .
I asqued you 2x how to reciev this discout, but recieved no answer.
Will the discout be deducted automaticaly at the first charge of my credit card or do I have to enter a promo code in the purchasing proces?
Please answer, as the testing periode of 30 days is over and we realy want to use 1PW Family

    I find no support ID in the Mail
