I signed up today for the Indivivual Account with 6 months free. While signing up I received an email with a PROMO CODE to use but while signing up there was no where to input the PROMO CODE. How do I use the PROMO CODE?

I does appear you received the 6 months free promotion. If there is something else you were looking for could you please drop us an email to support@1password.com and include the promo code in question as well as a link to this thread?

TERRIBLE! I cannot use it at all on the Samsung Note5 phone. On the iPad It lets me log in only to ask me to log in again with scan or the long long key code too much trouble just trying to log in thanks

Why can't you use it on your Samsung Note? Are you getting an error message? Walk us through it, please. We'd be happy to help.

You do have the 1Password app installed on both the Note and the iPad, correct? You're not using the web interface?
