Why am I being asked to pay £77.99 for 1Password6 when I was told it was a free upgrade?

I have 1Password on iPads, iphone and MacBookPro and have been a user for several years. This morning on my MBP it says "trial expired" and asks me to pay £77.99 for 1Password6. I understood this was a free upgrade for existing users.

    It looks like you got the upgrade, but you didn't apply your license. I've resent you your license to your email, you just need to download it from there and 1Password will do the rest :chuffed: In case there's any doubt about it, this article will help you sort it out: https://support.1password.com/trial-expired/#if-you-purchased-1password-from-the-agilebits-store

    Please let us know if this works well and you can go back to using the latest version of 1Password!
