App vs Desktop

I have the 1password app on my iPhone5 and I love it. Unfortunately, my phone was dropped and is currently unusable. The app will not work on my older, iPhone4 and I have not figured out how to access the program on my desktop. HELP!

@RiderN2002: First and foremost, make sure you have a backup of your data. Unfortunately it sounds like making a current backup with the iPhone 5 may be impossible if it is severely damaged. If, however, you have an iCloud or iTunes backup, it may be possible to restore the device from a backup once you get it replaced (or repaired, if necessary).

However, a better short-term option would be to sync your data so you can use it on your computer. Did you previously setup sync? If so, that may be a good option. However, if you didn't backup your data or sync it anywhere else, and the iPhone 5 is unusable, there is likely no way for you to get to your data. I hope that's not the case. Please let me know what you find!

@brenty: the phone has been fixed. Now I'm trying to setup a sync but it's not working and I'm feeling really frustrated. :(

@RiderN2002: That's good news. I'm sorry for the frustration, but don't despair! We'll get you up-and-syncing! :sunglasses:

Can you tell me a bit about which what you want to sync (OS, 1Password, and device versions)? That will determine which sync method may be the best fit for you. But if you're way ahead of me, you've already decided, and you're just running into trouble setting things up, be sure to let me know exactly the steps you're taking and what isn't working for you. Thanks in advance! :)
