In IOS10 Homekit requires the apple keychain. Can I use both?
I installed the IO10 and tried using homekit. It says I need to switch to the apple keychain to use it. can I use both the Agile keychain and the apple keychain? If not, should I switch or hold tight until you can fix that? Are there pros and cons?

I guess it's the iCloud Keychain it wants me to enable.

@Atlantarandy: Yep, you're right! And you can absolutely use both. I do. The most important thing is to know where you're saving your data so you can find it later.
What you probably want to do after enabling iCloud Keychain though is disable iOS Settings > Safari > AutoFill. Make sure you save information in 1Password if you want to access it there later. Otherwise you may end up inadvertently using the Keychain instead, and that can cause a lot of confusion.
1Password cannot (and isn't meant to) replace the system Keychain. It's meant as a centralized, secure place to store your most sensitive information. And frankly I prefer 1Password for this purpose since it isn't limited to Apple devices. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

That is exactly what I needed to know. I have been wondering how to shut off Safari from asking me if I want them to save passwords and cards, so that's great info.
