I was using free app on my iPhone. Suddenly, when I sign in, my accounts no longer appear. What do I have to do to get my accounts back? Do I need to sign up for the pro version and will I be able to get my info back?

I'm sorry to hear the you've had some trouble with 1Password. I'll be glad to help you recover your data. There is no relation between the Pro features and what's going on here, so lets dig a bit and see what can find.

First of all, I'd like to ask you a few questions so we can get a better idea of what's going on here. What do you mean that your accounts no longer appear? Did you remove and reinstall the app? Were you syncing your data, or using 1Password in some other device? Which version of 1Password and iOS are you using? Did you ever make a backup?

Normally when I sign in with my password, on the bottom of the screen it has "Logins," "Wallets," "Accounts," etc. Usually I click on "accounts" and I am then able to pick which account I want to see. Now when I click on it, I get nothing
I did delete and reinstall the app to see if that would help, but it didn't. I also use 1password on my ipad. I am now using ios 10.0.1. I don't believe I ever made a back-up. I didn't know I could.

Does your iPad still show all of the data? If so the first thing we're going to want to do is make a backup of that:

After you've done so I'd suggest turning off syncing within 1Password on each device, if enabled, and then set it up fresh:
