Frozen account not unlocking.
My family trial ended today. I opened the 1password 6 for Mac application and completed my annual subscription and received a notification email and license key. The application shows the new license has been applied but my account remains frozen. :(

Sorry about the confusion. It sounds like you purchased a license instead of a subscription. I've gone ahead and refunded that for you. You can purchase a subscription here:
Unfortunately we don't have the ability to subscribe from within the app available yet.
