My new iPhone 7 using 1Password v. 6.4.4 and my iMac using v. 6.3.2 no longer auto sync using iCloud
The only way to sync now is to manually force a sync on the iMac by disabling and re-enabling iCloud sync or by dong the same on the iPhone (or closing the app and reopening it). Otherwise changes on either one do NOT automatically sync to the other. Please advise.
1Password Version: iOS 6.4.4 Mac 6.3.3
Extension Version: 4.5.8
OS Version: OSX 10.11.6 iOS 10.0.1
Sync Type: iCloud

Hi @eishapiro,
Thanks for taking the time to write in.
1Password for iOS only syncs when launched or when a manual sync is initiated. If you've got the app open and make a change on another device that change won't show up until you either initiate a manual sync or relaunch the iOS app.
Thanks!

Thanks Ben, this is a change in behavior from the past. iOS (for me) used to show changes automatically and instantly without having to initiate a manual sync or relaunch the app. I can live with that, its no big deal, however, changes made in iOS are NOT translating to OSX at all, unless I disable iCloud sync and then re-enable it on my iMac. This is NOT GOOD. Please advise further.
Thanks very much.

Ed,
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben

Thanks Ed. We've received both reports and are currently reviewing them. We'll continue the conversation via email as soon as we have something to report or further questions to ask.
Thanks again!

Hi Ben,
In our emails, I believe I reported to you that the problem disappeared when I updated to macOS! Now it has returned! I am running 10.12.1 on the iMac and 10.1.1 on the iPhone 7. Everything is normal EXCEPT for the iMac that won't auto sync iCloud data unless I manually force a re-sync on the iMac. The MacBook Pro works normally. There is something weird with my iMac!
Thanks for your help,
Ed

Thanks, Ed. Could you please send us a fresh diagnostic report from the iMac? As a reminder the instructions can be found here:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to a reply to our existing email conversation. If you get a different support ID than we were originally working with (ETB-62297-719) please post that here.
Thanks!
