Pro features unavailable after iOS 10 and restore data

When I installed iOS 10, I wiped the phone so 1Password wasn't on the phone when I reinstalled 1Password and Dropbox.,I did restore the phone prior to 1Password's installation. AppleID is the same throughout the restoration and reinstallation.

Also, does using a personal wifi hotspot found in the phone affect Pro feature restoration?

    False alarm. Apologies. After the Service Provider replaced the faulty router, everything works now and the need Pro features message is gone on restoration of those features.
