New iPad Pro syncs OK with iCloud primary vault (859 items) but ...
New iPad Pro syncs OK with iCloud ... primary vault (859 items) , but ... LOGINS and CREDIT CARDS, etc don't show up on the iPad. Instead, I'm being presented with a "clean slate" ... given an option to add Logins, Credit Cares, and Identities. Like none of it ever happened. The "settings" page looks right. But, no 1P data shows up.
Under settings, I'm told each time I login to 1P on my iPad that everything is cool -- all 859 items are "synched." So, where are they on my iPad? My iPhone is OK. But, the new iPad, no.

I have heard one other report like this, but we haven't gotten to the bottom of that one yet. To get a better idea of what might be happening here I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iPad:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

I have the same problem with both my Ipad and my Iphone. No problems on computers(Macbook Pro and IMac. Gwen Ladha

I went in to see if I could find the diagnostics link. I noticed a tab saying categories at the bottom of the page and clicked on it. It was the tab for my vault info. I now have a fully functioning I-phone 1password. I also found the log in file on my I pad. Instead of a blank page i am now getting all my files. Thanks. Gwen

My I-Mac and I-phone works fine but the I-pad will not show the passwords. The I-pad does not sync
