Can't access my pro features on family plan

We have a family plan on our Androids. Why can't I access the pro features in the 1 password app on mine but husband can on his?

    Hi @Smartie131! Welcome to our forum. :) I'd be happy to help clear things up. I looked for a family account under the email address you used to sign up here and didn't find one. Just to confirm, do you have a 1Password Families subscription that you pay monthly/annually? That's what includes the Pro Features on iOS and Android.
