Is 1Password 6.3.3 update compatible with and/or recommended for OS X 10.11.6 ?

My current version 1 Password version is 6.3.2 (632001). My 1Password Extension is 4.5.8.
My MBP is running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6.

1Password Version: 6.3.2 (632001)
Extension Version: 4.5.8
OS Version: OSX 10.11.6
Sync Type: not sure?
Referrer: forum-search:is 6.3.3 update compatible with OS X 10.11.6 ?

    Thank you for taking some time to contact us. If you're running El Capitan then updating 1Password is a great idea! While it's the version where we're sure things are working properly on Sierra, it's not exclusive to it. I hope you update 1Password and enjoy the new features :chuffed:
