autofill followed URL

Is it possible to append 1P actions into a site's URL? For example, I have a spreadsheet with the URL to my loan account web site. Can I have a link in that spreadsheet to open the URL and autofill the login- without extra keystrokes? I'm working with the desktop 1P now but it may apply to mobile too.

    @kyuss: This isn't something that 1Password supports currently, but it's something we can consider adding in a future version. Ultimately we need to be cautious about allowing other apps to trigger 1Password behaviour, since we all trust 1Password with our most sensitive information though. Thanks for bringing this up! :)
