Localizations go wrong with SIerra

Hi, I use Simplified Chinese and everything is good until I updating to Sierra. The items I've used are still Simplified Chinese but others become to English.

I tried to uninstall it and re-download it from MAS but it doesn't work. My friends get the same problem, so I think it should be a bug?
