    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Are you trying to scan your QR code to add your 1Password account to the 1Password for iOS app? If so instructions can be found here:

    Hi Ben. Yes I am. Do I use a different device like my iPhone to scan the 'qr' code on the iPad?

    @pauline_meade,

    I guess I'm not understanding the difficulty. You use the iPad, not another device. The iPad has a camera. Do you have it blocked by a case, perhaps? Otherwise I'm not sure I understand the reason for the question. What sort of difficulty are you having when trying to scan the QR code from the iPad?
