Hi, I've been using the ipasswprd app for a number of months and access using finger print ID. This has just stopped working today and it's asking for a master password which I don't have. Please advise how I can access the app?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty. Your 1Password data is encrypted with your Master Password. It can only be decrypted with your Master Password. Please see this guide for more information:
