Hi. I was forced to uninstall and reinstall my iOS software (10.0.2) at the Apple Store. Despite creating a backup on iTunes of my phone, all my settings and data failed to transfer back to my phone when I restored from backup. Unfortunately, this includes 1Password, which I've used to save most of my usernames and passwords. I had this problem once before so I switched to backing up via iCloud, but none of my information is syncing. I even tried to sync 1Password from an old Dropbox account. But to no avail.

    Hi @Zenbones,

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.

    We generally recommend backing up 1Password separate from iTunes/iCloud backups:

    1Password backups

    But since we're past that at this point... my suggestion would be to try restoring the iTunes backup again. We've heard a number of reports from customers that sometimes the first restoration will not restore their data, but the second sometimes does.
