Hello I want to upgrade app on iOS but get an error message in the Pro screen? App Store Error can't retrieve purchase information etc... and the green purchase button just says loading...

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    Is the Apple ID you are currently logged into under Settings > iTunes & App Store the same one that you were using when you downloaded 1Password?

    Please let us know.
