Cannot get iOS to sync with Mac

I have 1Password on 2 Macs and 3 iOS devices using DropBox. This has worked before. Now I am getting "The 1Password.agilekeychain file cannot be found in Dropbox." on all the iOS devices. The OS X devices are syncing OK.

I have uninstalled 1Password from the iPhone and installed a new app. No help. (Of course now I have no passwords on my iPhone :( )

That file is in the correct path in Dropbox and is syncing with OS X but not iOS?

Sync with wifi to Dropbox

Any ideas?
