Software keeps crashing and can't backup

Running old version on iPhone of software (3.7.2) and it crashes constantly. Found info on forum to create backup but when i try opening tab on my home PC to create backup it can't find it. Beyond frustrated that there is no phone support for an app I paid so much for.

    I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated. Unfortunately we're still a relatively small and geographically diverse team which makes offering phone support impractical. We don't have a call center. We'd be happy to help you here though!

    1Password 3 for iOS was retired in December of 2012. It has not received any updates since then, and as such it is not compatible with the latest iOS operating system.

    To move forward you'd need to upgrade to 1Password 6 for iOS. You can find instructions on doing that here:
