Inconsistency between iOS and macOS apps re: Identites.

Just noticed that some information in the Identity I've created in 1Password for macOS doesn't represent well in the iOS verison. To wit, I have a special field titled "Passport" which shows my passport number. In the iOS app, this is listed under "Internet Details" and is labeled "reminder question." I've tried updating the entry and also deleting it, to no avail...

OS Version: macOS 10.12

  • Hi @umami,

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

Which version of 1Password for iOS do you have installed? This guide should help you find out:

How to keep 1Password up to date

If you're running the latest 1Password for iOS version (6.4.5 as of writing), do you have the Pro features purchased and enabled? The ability to view custom fields on iOS is a Pro feature.

    Thanks!

    Ben

  • Thanks, @umami.

To better help us help you in getting to the bottom of this I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben
