i bought the app and i am trying to sync my information with iCloud but i dont remember my primary vault password. how do i reset my primary vault password?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear that you do not remember your Master Password. (Un)fortunately there is no way to reset it. I'd suggest reviewing this guide:

    Change or recover your Master Password

    Thanks for that. But I am looking for the "Primary Vault" password. I'd like to reset this but I do not know how to.

    Unless you know what the current password is you cannot. A vault's password cannot be changed without the current password.
