Website login screen requires multiple ID fields plus the password
Hi,
I saved my login info for https://www.heartlandplusone.com through the Safari Browser extension. That page requires username, password and client code.
However, when I go to login with 1Password, the form is only pre-filled with username and password. From what I can tell, the client code is saved in the 1Password record so I can't figure out why it won't pre-fill the form. I have to manually look it up in the browser extension and copy it in each time I go to login.

Hi @SirGlub,
Sorry you're having trouble with 1Password filling on that site. Please see if this gets it working:
- Open the Heartland Payroll Solutions sign in page
- Enter your current User name, Password, and Client Code
- Manually save a new Login from there
Then test with the new Login item and if that works properly you may want to delete your original item so you won't get the two mixed up later. :)
