1Password Website Issue Tracker reports "Oops, something went wrong."
I attempted to use the Website Issue Tracker (from the 1Password button in my Sarari 10.0 toolbar) after an incomplete Credit Card fill-in.
After filling in the Comments and clicking the big blue "Report Website Issue" button, an error page appeared:
Oops, something went wrong.
Please make sure that you:
- attempt to fill an item first and then report the issue second.
- use the Report Website Issue option in the 1Password extension or in 1Password mini.
- update to the most recent version of 1Password for Mac or 1Password for Windows Beta.
To learn more, please check out our guide on reporting website filling issues.
I verified I'm running the latest 1Password for Mac.
When I returned to the previous page (Issue Tracker form), I was disappointed to find my lengthy comment had been lost.

Hi @Ward,
It seems we have a problem at our end. We just need to figure out what the issue is and get it working again so sorry about all of this.
Until then if you're having trouble with a site we're here and ready to help. As it was an issue filling with a Credit Card item, if it's a site where we can reach the page we'll happily take a look and see what we find.

Thanks, @littlebobbytables, for checking into your Website Issue Tracker not working for me. Please let me know if you need information about the website form that prompted me to use the Issue Tracker.

I'm experiencing this issue as well. "Report Website Issue" goes straight to error page. Sierra, 1P 6.3.3

@manfrommars: First, please update to the current version of 1Password and the browser extension and then try again. If you're still having trouble, unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:

The more information you can give, the better. For instance, I tried this at a few sites just now and it worked, so I wonder if there's a specific site you're having trouble with. If so, let us know the URL and what' seems to be the trouble so we can both investigate the reporting issue and also help with the actual login problem. Thanks in advance! :)
